There were plenty of seagulls to choose from at Helensburgh Highland Games. Blessed with a sunny day, the flying rats were out in force seeking out scraps of food to swoop for amongst distracted patrons attending the ‘games.
The ‘gull in the main shot was captured on its way past the tall light posts of the rugby club grounds and again gliding over the main event field whilst the caber tossing competition was coming to a head.
